Question: Girlfriend considering going bankrupt?

My girlfriend is considering moving in with me but she is concerned her debts will cause issues between us and is thinking about going bankrupt.
Can anybody clarify if this will have any effect on me ? We have no joint loans or credit aggrements so there is no financial connection ( apart from if she moves in the council tax and household bills )

Answer: Its probably best for her to do it before she moves in with you, but it shouldn’t have aby effect on you.

Avoid any financial links while she is bankrupt – just to be certain, for example you shouldn’t give her a credit card on your account

Answer: The barcodes don’t track anything. They are used for inventory and easy checkout. His credit card statement will tell them when and where he was buying stuff.
