Tax Credit Extension House

Question: I have a question about the proposed legislation for the extension of the housing tax credit.?
If the new legislation is passed and the income limitations are removed, would I be able to claim the credit even though I purchased my house earlier in the year?
Answer: Since nothing has been passed in to law there’s NO possible way to answer the question.
The odds of another credit are not that hot. Sales tend to slump during the winter months anyway, so I’d speculate that no action will be taken until late Winter or early Spring. That of course is only a guess.
The odds of a larger credit or higher income limits or removal of the first time buyer requirement are even less.
The odds that it would be retro-active to any purchases in 2009 are pretty much zero. Congress surprised everyone when the current credit was back-dated to January 1, 2009. That proves that anything CAN happen, but don’t hold your breath!

Obama Sign Tax Credit Extension

I, as many other supporters watched a video of President Obama speaking directly to Americans about the need for immediate action on the economy.
As a supporter of President Obama, I of course got the same email message as others have at http://my.barackobama.com/recoveryvideo.
It was as expected but one simple statement by Obama caused me great concern!
Obama said: As soon as this plan is signed into law, recovery.gov goes live, and you’ll be able to see precisely where your tax dollars are going, because this is your democracy, and as I said throughout the campaign, change never begins from the top down. It begins from the bottom up.
Now I love the ideal of Obama’s transparency promise to post the used of funds, but what I would like to see on his planned web site is our leaders who currently support the project and why, along with leaders who do not support and why? As well as those who have added pet projects to get their vote!
To me transparency is upfront and now, not after the project is approved! Why can we not have all the facts now?
We have all seen in the last few years such a misuse of our money one has to ask, what is being covered up now?
Our government has handed out billions to banks in an effort to boost their bottom lines and yet top executives of the same banks got over $1 billion in combined salaries and benefits! Now considering the staggering fact that the amounts given to executives would have covered the bailout cost of 46 percent of the banks that received out tax dollars!
Let’s not forget the bailout package of 2008 that was sold to America under the guise of helping homeowners do to the mortgage crises. We all know that the homeowners where left out and big corporate got the hand out such as wall street, auto makers, banks and investment companies.
Auto makers also got $25 billion assist the carmakers in the production of more environmentally friendly vehicles!
The sad fact is this is not the only issue of our governments misuse of tax payers money!
What are your thoughts? Share them now before it’s to late with your government leaders and most importantly with President Obama by going to http://www.whitehouse.gov/contact/, by calling 202-456-1111 with your comments, by faxing your comments at 202-456-2461 or you can even send a letter to The White House at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue NW, Washington, DC 20500.
This Year in Wind Power
Over 7,000 MW of wind power are expected to be installed this year in the U.S. That’s down from 2008′s record 8,545 MW, but that still would make it the second best year in the history of the industry. Not bad, at a time when the rest of the economy tanked and the value of your primary financial policy driver became all but worthless.

Apple is coming out with an update for the iPhone 3G. We all know it has been coming for a while which is the 3.0 version. The real question on the top of peoples’ minds especially for those who unlocked their iPhone 3G is “Will my turbo SIM work when the new update (which is the version 3.0 Modem Firmware 04.22.01) comes out?”
That’s a really good question. The first question you should ask yourself is whether the turbo SIM you are currently using programmable or non-programmable. The advantage of a programmable one is you can actually update the firmware that is in it.
There are a number of different turbo SIMs in the market today and most of them that you will be buying are non branded which cannot be updated or programmed in the future. What does that mean to you? That means you can think of your non-branded SIM as a disposable one. Yes, you heard me right! And this also means that it will only work for up to one of the iPhone Apple updates. Meaning, this will probably work on version 2.2.1 with the Firmware 2.30.03 Modem Firmware but not with the 3.0 version with Modem Firmware 04.22.01.
You may be wondering why it will not actually just work after you update your iPhone 3G to the 3.0. You see Apple changes a number of small things in the code if it’s the baseband code and the operating system and when they do that, the turbo SIM companies need to reprogram the firmware which is inside the chip of the SIM. So if you do not have a turbo SIM that can be reprogrammed to fit the new operating system and baseband of the 3.0 update with the Modem Firmware 04.22.01, then it will just not work; therefore, it is disposable.
Pay close attention before you upgrade your iPhone to the 3.0 version with the Modem Firmware 04.22.01. See if your turbo SIM is ready for the update. Make sure that you have a programmable turbo SIM that can be updated to support the 3.0 update, and on top of that you will need to have a USB turbo SIM programmer.
Typically, to update your SIM for the 3.0 update with Modem Firmware 04.22.01, you will need to download the new drivers for this soon from the manufacturer’s site. Then, put the turbo SIM inside the USB programmer. It should be as simple as a click of a button and 30 seconds later, your SIM should be updated into your iPhone 3G 3.0 with Firmware 04.22.01.

Question: When will tax prep software programs update for the new $8,000 first time home Buyers Tax Credit just passed?
The updated version signed last week by President Obama. When will TurboTax, TaxCut, or other programs have their systems updated with this?
Answer: So I was asking the same question and here is what I have found out.
Taxact is planning on processing the change into it’s software by no later than Friday 2/27.
H&R Block is encouraging taxpayers to wait until 2009 but have an update scheduled for the middle of March.
If you really can’t wait I would print the 1040 form and than use the credit form available here http://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/f5405.pdf
Hope it helps!

Having thicker and longer lashes is every girl’s dream. This dream can become a reality with the popular eyelash extension. If you plan to have the eyelash extension procedure done to you, you have two options: do it yourself or go to a professional eyelash extension technician.
Which one is a better option? Would you rather do it yourself or would you rather go to a salon or beauty centre and let the eyelash extension technician to do the procedure for you? Here we will look at the advantages and disadvantages of both options to help you decide:
If you do it yourself, you will save a lot of money. A do it yourself eyelash extension kit can cost up to $50 only compared to a salon price of up to $300. If you are on a budget and want to save money, do it yourself option is good for you. But if you just have the money, then you can go to a professional eyelash extension technician.
Safety should be prioritised at all times. Eyelash extension is a practically safe procedure when done by someone who has trained to do it. Eyelash extension involves the use of glue which can irritate the skin. This glue should not touch the skin and only the lashes. In terms of safety, a good option is to go to a certified and professional eyelash extension technician. Unless you have trained yourself or you have done it many times already, there is no better way to ensure safety than go to a professional. If you are confident that you can really do it safely on your own, then you can just buy an eyelash extension kit and do it yourself.
The two things at stake when deciding whether to do eyelash extension yourself or go to professional eyelash extension technician are cost and safety. You should weigh which one is more important to you. You save money if you do it yourself but you are safer in the hands of a professional.
The decision is still yours. If you prioritise cost, a good advice for you is to learn about eyelash extension to ensure that you are able to do it properly. If you prioritise safety, it is a good thing to look for several eyelash extension centres and compare their prices first. This way, you will be able to find one that offers eyelash extension at the lowest price.
