Federal Tax Credit Electric Car

Question: If I buy a electric car this year can I carry over any unused tax credits to the next year?
My federal taxes wouldn’t use all of the tax credits given for the electric car in one year so could I carry the unused portion over to the following year(s) until the total amount is used up,
Answer: So sad, too bad.
