Question: first time home buyer need serious help!!!?

Me and my fiance are trying to buy a house. we found a house that is AMAZING for 70,000. now..I have no idea where to start or what to do. i need help in DETAIL!!

and heres the caatch. we have bad credit. both of us is under 620. so, where is a good place to get a loan with bad credit?
and we have been looking into HUD and FHA but i really dont understand all that and they will help but i gotta talk to them more bout it.
and i seen that there is also loans that i can get toward a house but where would i go or call to find them and apply for them??
my fiance is also in the military, which would be an awesome help if he didnt have bad credit. so also is there any other military help that could be provided to us for bad credit?

i need serious help!!! any help or advice at all will be so greatly appreciated!!

Answer: You need to talk with a lender that does VA loans. That would be the first step.

The lender will tell you why the credit is under 620. You maybe able to fix it (like paying down debt or paying judgements ASAP) and then the lender does a “rapid rescore”.
