Question: Who can answer my tax question?

I’m single and a first time home buyer, If I buy a home this year will I still be eligible for the full $8000 tax credit or do I have to be married to get the $8000? Thanks.

Answer: you dont have to be married to get the maximum $8000 tax credit, as long as your purchased house is $80,000 or more.
