& are paying by “Owner Finance”
We’re making payments directly to the previous owner.
Do we qualify for any Tax Credits?

Is the house titled in YOUR name?
Do you pay the property taxes in YOUR name?If the owner keeps the title until you make the final payment, you do not qualify.
