I have made a new claim for child tax credits – i am on income support with children and living off of £60 week! I posted my claim form 4 weeks ago and have been ringing the help line every day. They just keep saying the form hasnt been processed yet and they have sent one email to the head office to try and trace this. What do they expect me to live on – i am desperate.
